Our story
Meet Greg Walker
I started selling condos downtown in 2008, when CityPlace was half built and King West lofts were still a secret. Since then I've helped hundreds of buyers, sellers and investors through every kind of market.
Today I lead a small team of specialists. Each of us focuses on one part of the move, so you always get an expert, never a junior agent learning on your file.
We read every status certificate, tour buildings every week and keep notes on fees, management and repairs. That homework is what lets us give you a straight answer, even when it's "don't buy this one".
